Patients can contact us directly to make a consultation appointment via our online referral link below, or with a referral from their existing dentists. This can be done simply via our online referral page. We process all referrals as quickly as possible, and will usually contact you within 2 working days to arrange an appointment.
After the initial consultation appointment patients are provided with a full and detailed treatment plan and estimate. Once treatment has been successfully completed then the referring practitioner will receive a final report, including details of any after-care requirements, and appropriate maintenance and monitoring regimes.
Should you request any further information then please don’t hesitate to contact us via the referral link, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 01225 862377.
How long will I have to wait for an appointment?
We aim to see all referred patients as soon as possible, and ideally within 2 weeks if not before. We will often see patients for a consultation within the week of their referral, and we will contact you within 2 working days of your referral to make arrangements to see you. Please do contact the practice if you have a specific requirement and we will always do our best to fit you in as soon as possible. We fully understand that many patients who are referred to us are often in discomfort or urgent need of treatment, and so we aim to offer a fast and efficient service.
What treatment will I receive at my appointment?
Usually we will need to see referred patients for an initial consultation, and then we will book them a further appointment to commence treatment. On some occasions treatment can be performed the first appointment, but this depends on individual circumstances. We will only carry out the specific treatment requested by the referring dentist.
Can I join the practice after treatment?
If you have been referred by a dentist for specific treatment then we cannot see you after this treatment has finished as a general patient. If you have referred yourself then you are welcome to join our general patient list.
